No. An email address and a password is the whole of it. We do not ask for a card, we do not put a hold on one, and there is no card to remove later. The trial runs for 14 days with 100 lead credits and every feature on this page unlocked — country-wide search included — and when the fourteen days are up it simply stops. Nothing converts, nothing is charged, and you choose a plan then or you do not.
One business, exported once, in a rolling 30-day window. A row with all 64 columns populated and a row where only the name and address exist both cost exactly one credit. If you export the same business twice inside 30 days — in two different searches, or by re-running the same one — you are charged once. Previewing search results in the app costs nothing; only the export deducts credits.
On Starter they do not: the allowance resets on your billing date. On Growth unused credits carry forward one month, on Scale three months, and on an Enterprise contract twelve. Rolled-over credits are spent after the current month's allowance, so a carried balance is only ever drawn on once the fresh one is gone.
Exports stop, and nothing is billed automatically. There is no overage charge and no
surprise invoice — you will not find out about it on a statement. You will see a
warning in the app at 80% and again at 100%, and you can either upgrade (prorated to
the day) or wait for the reset. Search, filtering and the API's read endpoints keep
working; only the export call returns a 402 credits_exhausted.
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the days remaining; the larger credit allowance is available the moment the payment clears. Downgrades apply at the next renewal so you keep what you already paid for. Cancelling is a button in the dashboard, not an email to support, and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Because no geographic capability is tied to a tier, changing plan never takes a search away from you — only credits, seats and programmatic access move.
Annual billing is 20% off, charged once for twelve months. Starter goes from €588 a year to €468 — €120 saved. Growth goes from €1,188 to €948 — €240 saved. Scale goes from €2,988 to €2,388 — €600 saved. Every price on this page is a monthly rate on both settings of the toggle; the caption under each price is what tells you which of the two you are looking at. Credits are still issued monthly rather than as one large pot, so an annual plan cannot be burned through in week one. Move up a tier mid-term and the unused portion is credited against the new plan.
Yes, within 14 days of a first payment on any plan, provided you have used less than 20% of that period's credits — the trial exists so you can evaluate the data before paying, and the refund window is there for the case where the trial did not tell you enough. Annual plans cancelled after 14 days are not refunded for the remaining months, but you keep access until the term ends. If an export returned materially broken data, tell us and we credit it back regardless of the window.
Card and SEPA direct debit on all plans; bank transfer against an invoice on Enterprise. All prices on this page are in euros and exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged; everyone else is charged at their local rate, calculated at checkout. Invoices are issued automatically and can be sent to a separate billing address.
30 days on Starter, 90 days on Growth, 12 months on Scale, and from 24 months on an Enterprise contract. Inside that window you can download a finished export as many times as you like without spending a second credit. After it, the file is deleted but the record of what you exported stays, so the deduplication window and your history are unaffected.
Count the leads, because that is the only thing you are buying. Under 10,000 a month, Starter. Up to 50,000, or if you want the API, webhooks or more than one seat, Growth — it is twice the price of Starter for five times the leads, which is why it is the recommended plan.
