Counted straight out of the production database on the date above — 321 rows for estate agencies in Norway, 184 of them carrying a rating. We do not estimate these, and we do not round them up.

Who buys a list of estate agencies

37% of an industry that sells homes online has no website.

Read that number twice. 119 agencies in Norway sell property with no site of their own. They work off a portal listing. The shop window is real, and they rent it.

Most of that group is one or two people. A broker, a phone, and a desk.

Only 53% have claimed the Maps listing. In a trade built on trust, that is a gap you can sell.

  • CRM and vendor-lead tools
  • Photography, floorplans and drone video
  • Virtual tours
  • Boards, print and window cards

104 of them carry a LinkedIn page. Brokers live there, so your second touch has somewhere to go.

An agency earns a commission, not a salary. One extra instruction pays for your whole year. Price against that and the monthly fee stops mattering.

One thing to know before you buy. 40% of these rows carry an e-mail, which is high for a local trade. Email is a real channel here, not a fallback. Plan the campaign around it.

50 of the 321, with nothing hidden

Sorted by review count, so the busiest estate agencies in Norway are at the top — W Eiendomsmegling Bergen Sentrum leads on 116 reviews. 13 of these 50 have no website at all, and they are the ones to look at first. No signup and no e-mail wall — the addresses and phone numbers themselves arrive in your export, and that part is the product.

  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.
The Search screen, signed in, querying the live index. This shot is Norway → Plumber, and the 605 on it is the same 605 the plumber page counts. One query, no sampling, no estimate. The shot is Norway → Plumber; run it for estate agencies in Norway and the same screen returns 321.

Where they are

Norway splits into regions, and so does the file. Pick one region and you cut 321 rows down to a list you can work through in a week.

The 8 regions above hold 315 of the 321 records. The rest sit in smaller regions you can still filter to inside the app.

The 119 with no website are the ones to call first

37% of estate agencies in Norway run on a Maps listing and nothing else. None of that is a gap in our data. It is the pitch.

A business with no website has told you three things at once. It has no agency. It has no marketing budget line to defend. And whoever you reach owns the decision, because there is nobody else to ask.

Filter the file to that group and you cut 321 rows to 119. That leaves 202 who already bought a site from somebody. Every rival list sells you both groups mixed together.

In the app this is one switch. Open the Real estate agency category, pick Norway, tick No website, and export. The count in the corner updates before you press anything.

A portal is a landlord. It sets the rules, it raises the price, and it owns the buyer.

Every lead these 119 agencies see, they rent. That is your first line. Not "you need a website", but "you own nothing".

One more number worth holding. Only 53% of these estate agencies have claimed their listing. 151 of them have never logged in at all, which means anyone can suggest an edit to their hours and they will not see it. Pair that with the 119 with no site and you have the sharpest list in the file.

Norway draws the line at the address, not the business

The four Nordic countries do not share one rule on business e-mail. They disagree with each other, and Norway is a case in point.

Norwegian marketing law requires prior consent before you e-mail a natural person. A company is not a natural person, so a role address such as post@firma.no sits outside that rule.

The regulator reads that rule harder than most people expect. A named work address counts as a natural person. ola.nordmann@firma.no needs consent. It still needs consent when the company itself registered that address as its own contact.

So the practical rule in Norway is simple. Role addresses by e-mail, named people by phone. The phone column matters more here than anywhere else in the Nordics, and this file is where you get it.

Whichever country you work, we keep a suppression list per account. Anyone who asks you to stop goes in it. The app then blocks that domain on every future export. None of this is legal advice. Read our full position on data and the law and take your own.

Two practical notes for working Norway

Norwegian business people read English without effort. They reply to Norwegian far more often. Write the first line in Norwegian even if the rest is in English.

Norwegian working hours are early. Offices thin out from three, and a trade is on site by seven.

Company details are public here. The Brønnøysund Register Centre is the national register of Norwegian businesses. Check a shortlist against it before you pitch anything expensive.

A sequence that works on estate agencies

Getting the list is the easy half. This is the sequence these lists are built for, written out in full so you can judge it before you sign up for anything. You run it in your own tool — we do not send anything.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject You rent your shop window

Hi — I found you on Maps in Oslo.

Every buyer you meet came through a portal. You pay the listing fee, and you still do not own the lead.

I build the other half. A site, a valuation form, and the seller's email in your own list.

Want the price? Reply "price". Reply "stop" and you never hear from me.

Estate agents know what a lead costs. Open with the cost and they read the rest. Send this to the role box, not to a named person. Norway treats a named work address as a person, and asks for consent first.

  2. 2 Day 3 Phone

94% of this file has a phone number, and agents answer theirs.

Call at half past eight, or between five and seven after viewings.

Ask one thing: how many valuations did you book last month?

Answering the phone is the job in this trade. Use that.

  3. 3 Day 8 Email

    Subject Two sellers near you

Short one. I pulled two private listings near your office. Both are selling with no agent.

Want their details? They are yours either way.

Give before you ask twice. Two real names cost you an hour and buy the meeting. Send this to the role box, not to a named person. Norway treats a named work address as a person, and asks for consent first.

  4. 4 Day 15 Email

    Subject Closing your file

Last note from me. I am closing your file today.

If the market is the problem, say "later" and I will come back.

Agents think in seasons. Give them a word for "not now" and they will use it. Send this to the role box, not to a named person. Norway treats a named work address as a person, and asks for consent first.

  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.

The export drawer. Thirty-four column groups write 64 columns, and every one of them is on every plan — including the €49 one. The shot is Norway → Plumber; run it for estate agencies in Norway and the same screen returns 321.

What lands in your export, and why the website column matters most here

Sixty-four columns per row, on every plan. Everything on this page comes out of six of them.

The file arrives as CSV or XLSX. One row per business, 321 rows for this list, and no row limit on any plan. Here is how full each column actually is for these estate agencies, so you can plan the campaign before you pay for it.

  • Name, address, postcode, region and coordinates — all 321 rows
  • Phone — 301 rows, 94% of the file
  • Email, with the page we found it on — 127 rows, 40%
  • Website — 202 rows, and 119 flagged as having none
  • Rating and review count — 184 rows carry a rating, averaging 4.16
  • Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — 107, 92 and 104 rows
  • Owner has claimed the listing — 170 rows, 53%
  • Opening hours, price level, the Maps category tree, first seen and last seen

This list is 321 rows. Every one of them fits inside a single month on the €49 Starter plan, which carries 10,000 lead credits.

Your export stays yours. Cancel tomorrow and the file you already downloaded is still on your machine and still in your CRM. We do not delete customer exports, and we will not start.

Norway real estate agencys: the questions worth asking first

Are these branches or head offices?

Maps lists a place, so a chain with eight branches gives you eight rows.

Sort by name to spot the groups. The names that show up once are the small agencies.

Can I filter to the 119 with no website?

Yes, and on every plan. Tick No website and the count updates before you export.

Add a review-count filter on top. That leaves you the one-person agencies on their own.

Does this include letting and property management firms?

No. This page holds the real estate agency category and nothing else.

Letting agents and property managers sit in their own Maps categories, with their own lists. Buy both if you sell software.

How current is the 321?

The count on this page comes out of the live database, and the date beside it is the last time we saw these rows on Maps.

We re-crawl Norway on a rolling schedule. A business that closes drops out, and a new one appears, without you doing anything. Pull the list again in a month and the difference is the month's new openings.

Can I legally cold-email this list in Norway?

Role addresses, yes. Named ones, no, not without consent. Norwegian marketing law protects natural persons. The regulator counts a named work address as one, even when the company registered it itself.

So the phone column matters more here than the e-mail one. 301 of these rows carry a number. 127 carry an address. Call the named people and write to the role boxes. This is not legal advice, so check your own position first.
