What the database holds right now
Last refreshed
Counted straight out of the production database on the date above — 371 rows for dentists in Sweden, 286 of them carrying a rating. We do not estimate these, and we do not round them up.
Who buys a list of dentists
A dentist buys big things on long timelines.
Dentistry has real money behind it. A chair, a scanner, an X-ray unit: each one runs into five figures. The firms that sell that kit want the whole file, sorted by size.
Practice software sells here too, and so does patient finance. A mouth of implant work costs more than a used car. The clinic that offers monthly payments closes more of it.
Then there is the listing itself. Only 61% have claimed their Maps page. A dentist stands over a patient all day, so nobody inside the clinic owns that job. The hours go stale and the photos age.
The gatekeeper here is the front desk, not the dentist. Write to the practice manager. They read the post, they hold the diary, and they say no on the owner's behalf.
One thing to know before you buy. 25% of these rows carry an e-mail. That works for a first touch, but it will not carry a campaign on its own. Pair it with the 341 phone numbers.
50 of the 371, with nothing hidden
Sorted by review count, so the busiest dentists in Sweden are at the top — Estetikcentrum leads on 364 reviews. 9 of these 50 have no website at all, and they are the ones to look at first. No signup and no e-mail wall — the addresses and phone numbers themselves arrive in your export, and that part is the product.

Where they are
Sweden splits into regions, and so does the file. Pick one region and you cut 371 rows down to a list you can work through in a week.
| Region | Records | With email | No website | Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stockholm | 106 | 52 | 30 | 29% |
| Västra Götaland | 105 | 14 | 34 | 28% |
| Skåne | 96 | 8 | 25 | 26% |
| Uppsala | 64 | 19 | 24 | 17% |
The 4 regions above hold 371 of the 371 records. The rest sit in smaller regions you can still filter to inside the app.
Start with the 113 that have no website
30% of dentists in Sweden run on a Maps listing and nothing else. None of that is a gap in our data. It is the pitch.
A business with no website has told you three things at once. It has no agency. It has no marketing budget line to defend. And whoever you reach owns the decision, because there is nobody else to ask.
Filter the file to that group and you cut 371 rows to 113. That leaves 258 who already bought a site from somebody. Every rival list sells you both groups mixed together.
In the app this is one switch. Open the Dentist category, pick Sweden, tick No website, and export. The count in the corner updates before you press anything.
30% with no website is high for a trade this well paid. Some of those rows are one dentist working inside a bigger clinic. Open ten of them before you pitch the group.
The rest are real gaps. A patient choosing an implant clinic reads for a week first. A map pin with no page to click loses that patient to the clinic down the road.
One more number worth holding. Only 61% of these dentists have claimed their listing. 146 of them have never logged in at all, which means anyone can suggest an edit to their hours and they will not see it. Pair that with the 113 with no site and you have the sharpest list in the file.
Sweden protects people, and requires a way out for everyone
The four Nordic countries do not share one rule on business e-mail. They disagree with each other, and Sweden is a case in point.
Swedish marketing law asks for consent before you e-mail a natural person. Writing to a company falls outside that rule.
One duty applies whoever you write to. Every marketing e-mail must carry a working reply address for stopping. The statute says plainly that this holds for a company too.
Sweden never extended the consent rule to companies, and said so when it wrote the law. The reply address is the protection it chose instead. Treat it as the one line you cannot drop.
Whichever country you work, we keep a suppression list per account. Anyone who asks you to stop goes in it. The app then blocks that domain on every future export. None of this is legal advice. Read our full position on data and the law and take your own.
Two practical notes for working Sweden
Swedish business English is excellent, so an English message will be read. A Swedish subject line still opens more of them.
Swedish offices keep a real fika at mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Call either side of it, not through it.
Company details are public here. Bolagsverket is the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Check a shortlist against it before you pitch anything expensive.
A sequence that works on dentists
Getting the list is the easy half. This is the sequence these lists are built for, written out in full so you can judge it before you sign up for anything. You run it in your own tool — we do not send anything.
-
Subject Who looks after your Maps listing?
Hi — I found your clinic while I was mapping dentists in Stockholm.
Your listing has [their rating] stars and no owner behind it. That means anyone can edit your hours or your phone number.
Patients turn up to a locked door and then book somewhere else.
I fix these for clinics. One fee, one week. Reply "how much" and I will send the price. Reply "stop" and I will delete your details.
Filter to unclaimed rows before you send this. 61% have claimed the listing, and the claim is the whole point of the message. Sweden asks every marketing e-mail to carry a working reply address for stopping. Send from a box you actually read.
-
Ring at 12:30, or after the last patient of the day. A dentist never answers between those two windows.
Ask for the practice manager by name. Give one sentence on why you called, then stop talking.
92% of this file has a number. The front desk picks it up, so write the call for the front desk.
-
Subject A checklist for the listing
Following up once, and this time with something you can use.
I wrote a one-page checklist of what a dental listing needs. Hours, booking link, insurers, photos of the room.
No sign-up and no call. Say "send it" and it is yours.
Give before you ask twice. A checklist costs you an hour and it buys the reply. Sweden asks every marketing e-mail to carry a working reply address for stopping. Send from a box you actually read.
-
Subject Closing your file
Last note from me. I am closing your file today.
If the timing is wrong, say "spring" and I will come back then. Otherwise you will not hear from me again.
Clinics plan spending by the quarter. Give them a date to push you to, and a third of them will use it. Sweden asks every marketing e-mail to carry a working reply address for stopping. Send from a box you actually read.
- It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
- CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
- 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
- Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
- The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
What lands in your export
Sixty-four columns per row, on every plan. Everything on this page comes out of six of them.
The file arrives as CSV or XLSX. One row per business, 371 rows for this list, and no row limit on any plan. Here is how full each column actually is for these dentists, so you can plan the campaign before you pay for it.
- Name, address, postcode, region and coordinates — all 371 rows
- Phone — 341 rows, 92% of the file
- Email, with the page we found it on — 93 rows, 25%
- Website — 258 rows, and 113 flagged as having none
- Rating and review count — 286 rows carry a rating, averaging 4.56
- Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — 72, 70 and 50 rows
- Owner has claimed the listing — 225 rows, 61%
- Opening hours, price level, the Maps category tree, first seen and last seen
This list is 371 rows. Every one of them fits inside a single month on the €49 Starter plan, which carries 10,000 lead credits.
Your export stays yours. Cancel tomorrow and the file you already downloaded is still on your machine and still in your CRM. We do not delete customer exports, and we will not start.
What people ask before buying the Sweden dentist file
Does the file split private clinics from public ones?
Not as a column. Maps does not publish who owns a clinic, and we do not guess at fields we cannot see.
You get the name, the website, the hours and the rating. Sort by name and the groups clump together, because clinics in a group share a brand.
Are orthodontists and dental labs in this count?
No. This page counts the Dentist category and nothing else.
Maps files orthodontists and dental labs under their own categories. You can pull those in the same search. Starter combines 25 categories at a time, and Scale has no cap.
Dentists hear from a lot of sellers. Why buy the list at all?
Because the list is not the hard part. The cut is. Everyone selling to dentists has a list of dentists.
Almost nobody has the 113 with no website, or the rows nobody has claimed. Those two filters turn 371 names into a week of real calls.
How current is the 371?
The count on this page comes out of the live database, and the date beside it is the last time we saw these rows on Maps.
We re-crawl Sweden on a rolling schedule. A business that closes drops out, and a new one appears, without you doing anything. Pull the list again in a month and the difference is the month's new openings.
Can I legally cold-email this list in Sweden?
Writing to a company, yes. Swedish law asks for consent for a natural person. A company is not one. Sole traders are the exception, and an address alone will not tell you which is which.
Every message must carry a working reply address for stopping. Swedish law applies that to companies too. Put it in the first message, not the footer. This is not legal advice, so check your own position first.
